AAA Sore Throat Spray (60 Sprays)

AAA Sore Throat Spray is licensed for the relief of pain from sore throat and minor mouth/throat infections. It provides effective relief from dose to dose and can be administered every 2-3 hours. AAA is the strongest benzocaine sore throat spray currently available and the innovative long nozzle will ensure the fast-acting spray is delivered straight to the point of pain. It is packaged in a handy, portable sized canister, that will not break and it has a pleasant flavour of mint and clove.

Directions

• Raise nozzle to horizontal position. Holding, head upright, insert nozzle well into the mouth, pressing the plunger once delivers a single metered dose.

• Adults, including the elderly should spray 2 doses every two to three hours to the affected part of the mouth or throat as necessary but not more than 16 doses in every twenty-four hours or as directed by a doctor.

• Children aged 6 to 12 years should spray 1 dose to the affected area every two to three hours as necessary but not more than 8 doses in every twenty-four hours or as directed by a doctor. Not recommended for children under 6 years of age.

Ingredients

1.5 mg Benzocaine BP, Cetyl pyridinium chloride, glycerin, ethanol, clove bud oil, menthol, saccharin sodium, peppermint, cremophor (polyethoxylated castor oil) and purified water.

Warnings

This spray should not be used for more than seven consecutive days unless directed by a doctor. 

Avoid spraying into the eyes or inhaling the spray. 

Do not use if you are hypersensitive to benzocaine or taking sulphonamides. 

Check with your doctor before using this spray if pain in the throat is severe or persistent or you have a headache or fever. 

Do not use during pregnancy or breast feeding unless directed by a doctor.
