This is a PRINT of an oil painting I did for my friend Jenn who lives in San Clemente. It's T-street beach, which was my favorite beach. It makes me so happy because it reminds me of the days I lived and raised my kids there. 

This artwork is a giclee print of my original acrylic painting, made to order, on a professional large format printer with archival inks and gallery quality paper, hand cut.  I do not offer digital downloads. 11" x 14"s or smaller will arrive in a clear film sleeve with a sturdy cardboard backer to prevent bending and a flat mailer.  Larger prints will be rolled in a tube mailer. It is an unframed print. The frame is not included
