Vintage liquid black eye liner glass jar with stuck original rubber top and brush. Fair vintage collectable condition with marked signs of wear. The top rubber ball on the top has dry rotted and is currently stuck in the bottle. there is a small plastic brush on the inside. They are both coated with a very small amount of dried black liner. Bottle came with a large collection of old perfume bottles and vanity items including other mid century make up. 

Bottle measures 1 and 3/4ths of an inch tall and 1/2 of an inch wide.
